Sol:

The subject of this memo Altering Company Image in this memo writer tells company employees how we can clear the faults of the past and importance to change our company image by to obtain our share of market.

Sol:
It was not concrete and not coherent. Name the TWO Seven C’s which are not clearly followed by the writer while writing the message.


Concrete

When your message is concrete, then your audience has a clear picture of what you're telling them. There are details (but not too many!) and vivid facts, and there's laser like focus. Your message is solid.


Coherent

When your communication is coherent, it's logical. All points are connected and relevant to the main topic, and the tone and flow of the text is consistent. These TWO Seven C’s which are not clearly followed by the writer while writing the message.

Sol:
The owner is fed up of the same question raised by all and want to direct them to their progressive tasks.

Sol:  
Formal writing is often associated with scholarly writing.

5. Incorrect words and grammar, faulty pronunciation and suitable diction are signs of substandard language. 
Sol:  
Using incorrect words, incorrect grammar, and faulty pronunciation all suggest the inability to use good English.
